1. Copy of Adhar Card & Samgra ID
2. Date of Birth Certificate ( For LKG & UKG Class )
3. Transfer Certificate ( For Class-2 onwards)
4.  Caste Certificate
5. Photocopy of Bank  A/c. Passbook .
6. Permanent Education Number (PEN) / APAAR ID
